This bedroom is spacious, cozy, and wheelchair accessible. A king bed and an en-suite bathroom are found in this bedroom. Notably, the en-suite consists of a barrier-free shower, providing accessible shower usage. Next to this bedroom, guests can take advantage of the first-floor laundry room that doubles as an additional entrance to an outdoor shower and private entrance to the Gulf of Mexico. 

In addition to the bedroom on the first floor, the kitchen, dining area, and lounge area are also situated on this main level. An open concept floor plan creates a spacious environment perfect for entertaining. The kitchen boasts white cabinetry and high-end stainless steel appliances. Enough seats for ten, encircles a large island and allows plenty of space to gather or cook.  From the kitchen, guests can directly access the lounging and dining space. The lounging area boasts a plush semi-circle sectional sofa and displays a high-definition television over a linear gas fireplace. Relax here and enjoy a movie, or take in the views of the Gulf of Mexico from the sliding doors across the back of the home. To the right, two luxurious dining tables that seat over 20 guests provide a perfect spot for friends and family to enjoy dining together.

The remaining two floors of this home can be accessed by stairs or the in-home elevator. The second floor provides guests with additional sleeping arrangements and endless entertainment. Resort-quality amenities such as a private theatre that seats 20 with a kid-friendly stage, poker table, arcade, pool table and a wet bar are all designed as a speakeasy. Situated just outside the movie theatre, the wet bar is ideally placed to access beverages before, during, and after the movie.
