The first floor of Side A of the duplex features a bunk room with two sets of custom queen/queen bunk beds. The bunk room flows into a second guest bedroom with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have their own flatscreen TV. The first floor of Side A also includes a full guest kitchen, full bathroom, a dining area seating four, and a game room complete with a foosball table, pop shot, and a flatscreen TV. The game room leads out to the pool deck, where you’ll find even more amazing amenities.

Upstairs, the second floor of Side A features the main living space where you’ll find a gourmet kitchen, dining area, half bath, living room, and pool table. Guests will fall in love with the breathtaking gulf views throughout the entire second floor and feel at home instantly. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two breakfast bars seating ten. The kitchen leads out to a gorgeous gulf-front balcony that overlooks the pool deck and features al-fresco dining for five and a BBQ grill. Additionally, the second floor also includes a living room complete with a pool table, large leather sectional, two armchairs, and a flatscreen TV. 

The third floor of Side A features three more guest bedrooms. There is a king suite complete with a king bed, hardwood floors, a flatscreen TV, and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom with a huge dual-headed shower and quartz counters. Next door, you’ll find another guest bedroom with a king bed, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a combination shower/tub. The third floor also features a master bedroom that boasts incredible views of the gulf, hardwood floors, a king bed, flatscreen TV, sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a new walk-in shower. You will also find a second washer and dryer set on this level. 

In Side B, the first floor also features a bedroom with two sets of custom queen over queen bunk beds, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a media room and full kitchen. The media room features stadium seating, a popcorn machine, a flatscreen TV, a dining table seating four, and doors that lead out to the pool deck. 

On the second floor of Side B, you’ll also find amazing gulf views, a gourmet kitchen, half bath, dining area, and living room. The kitchen features a double oven, granite countertops, a full wall of storage for all your supplies and glass doors that lead out to a gorgeous gulf-front balcony. There are also two formal dining tables that each seat eight guests, which makes Beach Funatics the perfect place to host a family dinner or holiday gathering. The second floor also hosts a living area complete with a large sectional, armchair, and a flatscreen TV.

The third floor of Side B hosts three bedrooms which account for the remaining sleeping accommodations in the home. This guest suite shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a combination shower/tub with the bunk room next door. The bunk room is great for kids with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds and a flatscreen TV.
