If you are looking for ample space for a sit-down dinner…Problem Solved! The island can seat 8 in bar stools and the two dining room tables can seat 10 each for a total of 28 people inside the home.

There is no shortage of attention to detail in Sunshine, special design has been engineered into the large living room and dining room with a 35′ wide room. The entire first floor of the home features 12′ ceilings, a 12′ large sliding glass door and 8′ tall windows allow the outside kitchen and pool area to be seen as soon as you enter the home. There is a full bath off the summer kitchen for swimmers and sunbathers and a stylish half bath just inside the home as well.

As you ascend the stairs to the second floor of this beautiful beach home, comfort and space is the name of the game.
